We also do not slap on a massive price mark up on our pieces because we sell directly to you, our lovely customers.

We don't believe in mass production, making for the sake of making in the hope of trying to sell later at a discount. This just wastes precious resources.
We carefully source our fabrics from Italy and the UK. All our fabrics are end of stock or no longer in production which means we do not buy massive quantities and often only have enough fabric to make a few blazers or trousers from each. This is what makes our blazers special. All our blazers are limited edition or one of a kind. By purchasing one of our blazers you will be buying a piece you can love for life because it is made with passion, with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and the knowledge that you will be one of the few to own one.
Being a small and independent brand with a passion for doing a few things and doing them well, we manufacture on a made to order basis or in very limited quantities. Because of that, the cost for us to manufacture and procure materials is higher. We prefer to buy and make what we need which means we pay a surcharge, but that ensures we do not overproduce and waste resources unnecessarily. We use high quality and more expensive ex-designer end of run materials to deliver products which we know you will love and which will bring you joy for a very long time. You know that by buying one of our pieces you are buying well and buying to last.
We work with highly skilled European ateliers who have extensive experience and skills that we value and are prepared to pay a higher manufacturing price to. That way we ensure we can secure the quality we are so passionate about, whilst you can be confident that your garment was made ethically.
We do not work with wholesalers which means we do not put on a massive price hike on our garments and in turn are able to pass on any savings we make to our customers.
Our pricing is reflective of a small independent brand, passionate about producing high quality garments sustainably, and that cannot be done on the cheap.
With our personalised blazers you have the option to monogram your blazer or have it made to your specific sleeve and blazer length measurements.
We just need you to provide us with your blazer and sleeve length measurements when placing your order online. You can provide these directly on the product order page when you place your order online. We have made it easier for you by creating a short “How to choose your ideal blazer size” video. If you would like further help, we are happy to set up a video call with you to guide and advise you on the blazer personalisation experience.
If you love the blazer styles as they are and you do not require or wish to have a blazer personalised i.e. monogrammed or made to your required sleeve or jacket length, its simple, just pre-order the blazer you love in our online store and we will make it to order for you using our own blazer specification measurements. These are provided on the product page of each blazer.
To order a personalised blazer you can either place an order for the blazers we already have available on our website. All you need to do is which one of the personalisation features you would like to have added such as a monogram, your desired sleeve and jacket length. You can choose just one personalisation option or all three. The decision is yours. Our trousers are made in an ethical and sustainability focused manufacturing studio in East London, Stratford with a wealth of experience in creating beautifully made garments with passion which they share with us!
Our environmentally friendly, organic tshirts are ethically made in India and digitally printed in the UK.
Made to Order Blazers
Our made to order blazers are individually manufactured by our Czech Republic based manufacturer with approximate lead time of 5-6 weeks from date of placing your order.
Made to Order Trousers and Jackets
Our made to order trousers are individually manufactured in Stratford, London and the approximate lead time is 2-3 weeks from placing your order.
We charge your card upfront to secure your order and to avoid any future interruptions related to card expiration or replacement.

We are pleased to offer free DHL shipping and returns to our UK customers.
For our international customers we offer 2-3 day express delivery at competitive prices with shipping costs being automatically calculated at checkout.

We use DHL Express Next Day Delivery for UK customers and DHL Express International with 2-3 day delivery for overseas customers.

However, we make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchases making sure that fit, quality of fabrics and craftmanship of our products are of the highest quality and meet your expectations. We also offer a no obligation online consultation service to guide you through the personalisation experience to ensure you are happy with your finished item.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return the items to Bozena Jankowska Ltd, provided the item is not personalised, is in its original state, with tags attached and unworn.
If possible, please make sure all returned items are securely packed in the original packaging or equivalent to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
Items that are returned to us remain your responsibility until consigned to our courier service or, if you are an overseas customer, your designated returns courier service. If a purchase is returned outside of our free returns service, the item(s) remains your responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received the item(s). We recommend that you send your returns using a tracked and signed for service and that you retain proof of postage.
All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once the item(s) have been received and deemed new, unused, or undamaged.
