Bozena Jankowska Ltd is pleased to offer international shipping and free shipping within the UK. Due to import tax on items returned to the United Kingdom, we are unable to offer refunds from countries outside the European Union and items delivered to those countries are exchange only. Please read the information below to find out more about shipping, times and country of delivery. For UK delivery before Christmas orders must be placed before 12:00 (noon) on Friday 21st December. 

For International delivery before Christmas orders must be placed before 12:00 (noon) on Wednesday 19th December.


Our pre-order products are made in limited quantities and are made to order. To reserve the item for you, we charge your card upfront to avoid any interruptions related to card expiration or replacement. Your item will ship approximately within 10 working days of the order being placed and your receipt will include a reminder of the ship date.


For items already in stock and which are not made to order, we offer free next day delivery in the UK for all purchases placed by 2pm Monday to Friday. All next day deliveries will arrive before the end of the day. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Pre-order items will ship within 10 working days of the order being placed. Once the item is ready to be dispatched, it will be shipped to you next day delivery.


We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers outside the United Kingdom charged at the rate offered by DHL Express Worldwide. Items already in stock and which are not made to order, will be shipped with estimated delivery of 2-3 days. Pre-order items will ship approximately within 10 working days of the order being placed. Once the item is ready to be dispatched, it will be shipped DHL Express Worldwide (2-3 days).

When placing your order please ensure that all the details concerning the billing and shipping details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once the courier has processed the order.

Please note that once an order is dispatched the delivery address cannot be changed. All deliveries require a signature and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or forwarding addresses.

Every order will require a signature of receipt and this signature will signify successful delivery and fulfilment. Once your item has been delivered and signed for, the responsibility of the goods passes to you.

Bozena Jankowska Ltd is not liable for lost or missing orders that have been signed for, for example at an office address that has been provided for delivery. 


All online orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and any delivery address outside Europe could be subject to import duties and taxes which are not included in the final cost of your online order and will need to be covered by the customer separately.


When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your delivery tracking number with an estimated delivery window. All of our delivery windows are estimates only and once the courier has collected the item, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Please note that in certain delivery areas, only a limited range of delivery services is available. We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or weather conditions.

Orders that are delayed in customs or awaiting payment on duty charges may require extra time to be received. This time is not factored into the time frame estimates that Bozena Jankowska Ltd gives for delivery, nor are we accountable for extra time required for delivery. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually. 


We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to return them to us for a refund or exchange.

For customers based in the United Kingdom we are pleased to offer free shipping for returns and exchanges.

For customers in the European Union, US, Middle East, Asia and Australia we are currently unable to offer free shipping on returns and exchanges and would advise you to send the item back via your preferred tracked mailing service.

Once we receive your package, it will be checked to ensure that it has been received in its original packaging and condition. When approved, we will promptly issue a refund or web credit for the items as you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We will always try to be as swift as possible, however sometimes refunds can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. You will be notified via email when your return package is received, and your refund or web credit has been processed.


Please take care when trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all Bozena Jankowska tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund or exchange refused.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customers responsibility until consigned to our designated returns courier service. If a purchase is returned outside of our free returns service, the item(s) remain the customers responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received the item(s). We recommend that you send your returns using a tracked and signed for service and that you retain proof of postage.

Once your return has arrived, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. We will send you an email once the refund is on its way. Please note that refunds will be made to the original method of payment.


Because we manufacture in limited quantities and on a made to order basis, we are unable to offer automatic exchanges. Instead, we offer store credit to make sure you receive the correct item and size upon stock availability.

Please email to activate an exchange number. Once your return has arrived, we will issue you with store credit so you can order the correct item and size.


We hope you are delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return the items within 14 days. You must notify us of your wish to return or exchange any items from your order.

Please follow the following steps:

Email , including your name and order number to request a return or exchange form.

1. Pack your return/exchange item securely in the original packaging if possible.

2. Print out and fill out the return form and place with the items you wish to return.

3. For customers in the United Kingdom returning or exchanging an item, attach the airways label to the package and book your pick up over the phone by calling DHL 0844 248 0844 and remember to quote our account number found in the returns email. Remember to hand the archive airways doc to the courier at pickup.
